Shipping policy

Orders will go out within 5 business days. Currently, Debbie Donut uses some recycled boxes and packaging. 

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Debbie Donut is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

If your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Stickers are not tracked unless tracked shipping is purchased within the same order.

Some products sold on this website are offered in collaboration with other small businesses. These items may be fulfilled and shipped directly by the partnering company.

For orders containing third-party products, shipping times, packaging, and fulfillment practices are determined by the partner and may differ from items shipped directly by us. While we carefully select the businesses we work with, we do not have direct control over their inventory, shipping carriers, or fulfillment processes.
